The Conducive Conditions Inspection is a 199 point inspection of the exterior, unconditioned spaces and interior spaces. It uses a combination of visual inspection and instrumentation to look for issues of thermal bridging, condensation, increased moisture content, air infiltration, ventilation, moisture diversion and building/substrate permutation.

It’s chief goal is to help owners avoid preventable loss, damage or devaluation of their property.

FROM THE EXTERIOR TO THE INTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY AND ALL OF THE UNCONDITIONED SPACES IN BETWEEN, WE INSPECT IT ALL.

THERE ARE ONLY TWO POSSIBILITIES

An inspection will reveal only two possibilities: Conducive Conditions or No Conducive Conditions. What’s that mean? In a nutshell, anything that currently is a moisture issue and that would lead to an eventual mold problem would be considered a Conducive Condition. That could be as simple as a bathroom vent terminating into an attic or it could be as complex as a foundation wall that requires true physical exterior waterproofing (or everything in between).

The good news is that if Conducive Conditions are found, you’ll be educated on what they are and how we can mitigate them. And if you choose to move forward, your services will be scheduled so that you can move directly into the OnGuard Guarantee.
